New Song Church offers free English classes throughout the week as one of our main ways to connect with the community and build meaningful relationships.
Our classes are open to:

Classes and Schedule
2024-2025
Children
Every Monday and Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Grade 1-2
This class focuses on building simple vocabulary used in everyday conversations. Students will learn to name common objects, talk about themselves, and ask or answer basic questions.
Each week, they will practice speaking by repeating a model sentence to help build confidence and fluency. It’s a great way to establish a strong foundation in English.

Grade 3-4
This class focuses on developing foundational language skills through interactive activities. Students will learn vocabulary, sentence structure, and common expressions, with an emphasis on speaking, describing, and role-playing.
The goal is to help students improve their communication and build confidence in using English in everyday situations.

Grade 5-6
This class focuses on expanding vocabulary to describe common topics through engaging activities. Students will learn how to respond to different types of questions and practice asking questions to spark real conversations.
Ideal for learners with intermediate to advanced speaking skills who want to grow in confidence and fluency.

Teens
Every Saturday from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM
This class is designed for students in Grades 7–9 (ages 13–15) with lower-intermediate to intermediate English communication skills.
Using original New Song curriculum, the class helps students build vocabulary and conversation skills while exploring a new story each week.

College and
Working Adults
English Class: Tuesdays, 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
English Club: Thursdays, 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
College students and working professionals meet twice a week for English classes and an English club. Each week introduces a new topic related to student and professional life, featuring vocabulary, common phrases, and conversation practice-creating a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
